Sonic Blast (NET Software)

Sonic Blast is a heavy offensive program that erases a target
runner's shields outright.

While you are connected to a NET host:

    run Sonic Blast <runner>

A successful hit clears the target's current Shield Factor to zero
entirely -- not a partial reduction. A second successful hit against
the same runner forcibly disconnects them from the NET.
