Hand of God v2.0 (NET Software)
Hand of God attacks a Hostile ICE Construct (HICE) -- an actively
hostile guardian that can appear while you are connected to a NET
host, separate from a passage's ordinary protection. Hand of God
itself never moves you.
While you are connected to a NET host, target the specific passage
where a HICE is active:
run Hand of God <direction>
You can also run it by its local file number.
A successful hit either wounds the construct (it survives, and may be
able to strike back at you) or, with enough hits, destroys it
outright. If there is nothing active there to attack, Hand of God
tells you so and nothing happens.
Hand of God needs 1 unit of free RAM while it runs and releases it
when the attempt finishes, win or lose. The stored copy stays on your
deck and can be run again.
