Acid Breath (NET Software)
Acid Breath attacks the protection on one specific passage directly,
and if it succeeds, that protection is DESTROYED for EVERYONE, not
just you -- Acid Breath itself never moves you.
While you are connected to a NET host, target the specific protected
passage:
run Acid Breath <direction>
You can also run it by its local file number.
Destroyed protection is not the same as merely disabled protection: it
stays destroyed until someone with the authority to do so explicitly
restores it -- ordinary crossings do not repair it, and it does not
wear off on its own.
Acid Breath is ONE-SHOT: the stored copy is consumed the moment you
make a real attempt against a real target, whether that attempt
succeeds or fails. It is NOT consumed just by typing the command with
no valid target. If you own more than one copy, use its local file
number to pick exactly which one you spend.
Acid Breath needs 3 units of free RAM while it runs and releases them
when the attempt finishes, win or lose.
