NET Combat (OFNS)
Offensive software (OFNS) lets you attack another runner's NET
presence directly, while you are both connected to the same host.
This never touches anyone's meatspace body -- it only affects the
NET avatar/deck session, exactly like a HICE attack does.
Target a runner present on the same host:
run <program> <runner>
You can also run a program by its local file number. If nobody
matching that name is present, or they jack out before your attack
resolves, the program tells you so and nothing happens.
A landed hit's consequence depends on the program -- see each
program's own help entry (help guardian 1.0, help sonic
blast, help epoch battleaxe 1.0, help spam 1.01). Most
consequences are absorbed by the target's Shield Factor first, if
they have one running; a program's own help entry says when it
bypasses shields entirely.
