Attributes, Skills and @stats

Cyberpunk TBG has eight canonical Attributes:

    Strength
    Dexterity
    Agility
    Intellect
    Will
    Empathy
    Perception
    Luck

Skills are separate professional/learned capabilities. The current registry
contains 27 Skills, each with a normalized weighted Attribute profile rather
than one universal governing Attribute.

TBG has no generic character level.

View your full character sheet with:

    @stats

For the compact current health-and-hands display use:

    score
    sc
    ht

@stats shows authoritative TBG Attributes, Skills, Edges and other
character-sheet information. score/sc/ht is deliberately separate and
shows only current health plus the contents of both hands.

Skills with ratings below 0 are internal/hidden and are not displayed.
Rating 0 remains visible as Untrained.

Authorized staff can inspect another Character and use:

    @stats/numeric

for compact diagnostic values.

Stable Attribute/Skill IDs are internal persistence identifiers; display
names are presentation.

Use help @stats for exact syntax.
