LinkCom Phone

Use -p <recipient> or -phone <recipient> to place a live call. The
recipient's LinkCom rings and must answer with -a or -answer. Once connected, both
participants use -p <message> to speak. Use -x to decline, cancel, or
hang up.

Both LinkComs must remain online, connected, and inside CityNet coverage.
Calls are live and never create persistent mail.
