Monarch Capital Banking

Banking is available only at a physical Monarch Capital banking terminal.

Tokens are physical bearer cash. Credits are digital account money. A deposit
moves actual carried TokenStacks into the current branch reserve and adds the
same number of credits to your existing digital balance. A withdrawal removes
credits and moves actual TokenStacks from the current branch reserve into your
inventory. The rate is exactly 1 token to 1 credit.

Each branch has an independent physical reserve. A withdrawal can be refused
when the current branch lacks cash even if another branch has cash. Banking
never borrows from another branch, changes rails silently, mints withdrawal
cash, or permits an overdraft.

Every committed deposit or withdrawal reports a durable bank-* receipt and an
econ-* digital transaction. A failed request commits neither half.

BUSINESS CASH DEPOSITS

An authorized tenant may present the physical cash holder already configured
for a tenancy-backed commercial fixture:

The source must be directly carried to the terminal or physically present in
the branch service room. The bank moves real TokenStacks from that exact holder
into the selected branch reserve and credits the SAME tenancy business
EconomicAccount 1:1. It never takes personal carried cash, chooses another
fixture's account, vacuums a remote till, or falls through between tokens and
credits. Main deposits enter the Main reserve; English Turn deposits enter the
English Turn reserve.

The fixture must already have a live canonical rental-business identity,
current tenant authorization, a matching business EconomicAccount, and an
active physical-cash source. If any link is absent or ambiguous, the deposit is
refused without mutation.

BUSINESS CASH WITHDRAWALS

An authorized tenant may withdraw business credits into the same configured
physical holder when that holder is directly carried to the terminal or is in
the branch service room:

    business withdraw 250 tokens into cashbox for Neon Market

The selected business EconomicAccount is debited, the current branch's locked
reserve releases the same quantity of actual TokenStacks, and the exact
presented holder receives them. The operation is atomic and exactly 1:1. It
never places cash into a remote till, debits personal credits, borrows from a
different branch, falls back to Monarch's institutional account, or mints
tokens. Insufficient business credits or branch liquidity refuses without
mutation.

BUSINESS CASH RUNS

A business configured for courier service may authorize its assigned runner
from the destination branch terminal:

    business cash run 1,000 tokens for Neon Market

The current default is an NPC runner travelling on foot. The runner goes to
the configured business holder, transfers actual TokenStacks into a real
physical cash satchel, then walks the normal world exit graph to the configured
branch. Pickup does NOT credit the business. Credits appear only after the
runner and exact cargo physically arrive and the bank atomically accepts the
cash. A cancelled, failed, lost, or stolen run never creates bank credit and
does not respawn or refund bearer cash.

Player runners are supported by the shared assignment/lifecycle architecture,
but this checkpoint does not expose a complete player-runner gameplay flow.
Vehicle transport, escorts, robbery, and hijacking are future extensions; the
only implemented transport mode is foot.
