Rentable Lockers

A locker bank is one persistent physical fixture containing isolated storage
compartments for individual users.

Its commands are local to the locker fixture:

    rent
        Lease or extend your locker.

    locker
        Inspect your locker.

    locker open
    locker close
        Open or secure your current locker.

    stash <item>
    deposit <item>
        Put a physically carried/held item into your open locker.

    put <item> in locker
        The global put dispatcher routes to the same locker stash path.
        Lease, open-state and private-compartment checks still apply.

    retrieve <item>
        Take an item back out of your open locker.

Each lease has its own hidden physical compartment. Another user's locker
contents are not exposed through ordinary container access.

The current donor-backed lease is one week. Renewing extends the existing
paid period. After a lease lapses there is a grace period before forfeiture
handling moves remaining property according to the locker-bank configuration.

The current donor text may still use the word `tokens` in some locker
messages. TBG maps that compatibility balance to the authoritative
digital-credit account; this is not a second currency.

Locker rental is storage service, not a residential property tenancy.
